I still can’t believe we are celebrating 15 years! I feel we just hit the decade milestone a year or two ago, time sure does fly! With still some restrictions around, some models weren’t able to fly in for the show. Break Dancing, Live Music and plenty of cars and vendors to check out!!

[COVERAGE] Tuner Evolution Philadelphia
August 10th, 2019 by Elusive MediaTuner Evolution is back to kick off it’s 13th yearly event in the greater Philadelphia area! This year Philly is the 3rd stop on the Tuner Evolution tour, after expanding to Puerto Rico to start it all off. Year after year, TE Philly has had no issues filling in the 150,000 sq foot indoor facility with tuners, vendors, sponsors, models, and of course spectators for the 7 hour show. This years show brings back a fan favorite break dancing competition, RC drifting and the model lounge. Fans also enjoyed a new addition this year where Host Bear Dillinger interviews builders and their cars.T here was also a slew of giveaways at the stage, which included school supplies for the kids at the show! If you’re itching for more Tuner Evolution, they have three more stops!

This show brings the best of what the east has to show from all different styles and classes; but this is not your typical car show! On top of the impressive amount of rides to check out, some of your favorite import models are here all day for a meet and greet, so grab signed poster or photo with your favorite! Breaking Dancing Competition is always a returning favorite along with musical guests on the main stage. This year we also had a guest appearance from Ryan Tuerck, a 14 year veteran in the Formula Drifting series for an interview and take questions from the fans. And we can’t forget the handful of sponsors and vendors that help but on this show and the Miss Tuner Evolution Contest to finish off the event! Are you ready for next year!? If you can’t wait, be sure to check out other tour locations throughout the rest of the year!

Over the past ten years this show has grown to the point that that builders from the west coast have their cars transported to this single day show! There are a lot of car shows on the east coast, but Tuner Evolution truly does bring out the best of any make and model tuner cars. Tuner Evolution also brings best model lounge. Models fly in from all over the US and even our northern neighbors, Canada. We also can’t forget the lineup of vendors and sponsors that brought it this year as well. Break Dancing Competition & Bikini Contest as well filled the day, so lots of photos to share, enjoy!
On a side note: being a former owner of a 4th gen prelude, Big Mike’s Prelude is art….be sure to check out those photos and more in the gallery!!

August 10th, 2015 by Elusive MediaHot Import Nights returns to the City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia! If you missed last year Reunion show in New Jersey, HIN brings new class competition along with over 30 models to the Model Lounge, Bikini Contest, Freestyle Dance Competition, & the Miss HIN PA Model Content. Not only could you win a trophy this year for your car, but you could also walk away with over a $1000 in cash! Everything from lighting(Presented by Sylvania Zevo), Engine(Presented by Valvoline), trunk, Top Honors, Audio, and of course “Best of Show”; all came with cash prizes! Hot Import Nights was bringing their “A Game” to the Tri-State area. With some many great categories and contests to compete in, it brought many types of great rides to check out along with the beautiful women, so enjoy the coverage!!

[COVERAGE] Tuner Evolution – Philadelphia
August 10th, 2015 by Elusive MediaTuner Evolution has always been one of those shows we all count down the days for, why? We know it will be well organized, plenty of entertainment, vendors we are interested in, beautiful ladies in the model lounge, and only the best cars make the cut. This year Tuner Evolution invited back the Drift RC Comp/Demo along with the popular Breakdance Comp/Demo. The main stage also had live music and DJs throughout the day, until the Bikini Contest and Awards finish off the night. Because the show attracts such a wide audience of enthusiasts, the show also expanded into another section of the Expo Center, which allowed more car builders to show off and unveil their builds. We also had fire alarm go off which sent us all outside for about an hour. While this was a minor inconvenience, we all just continued to chat with our friends before getting the all clear to reenter the building. The show is not only organized car enthusiasts but the staff live the lifestyle every day. They know what their fans what to see and for almost 10 years, i have left the show disappointed. Thanks to the Tuner Evo Staff for another successful year that we will all remember!

[COVERAGE] Tuner Evolution
August 5th, 2013 by Elusive MediaPreviously in York, PA, Tuner Evolution grew to the point where it needed to find a new location and the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center was it. With more room and all in doors, weather would not be a factor. Besides all the great vendors, cars, and model lounge to keep ya busy for hours on end, Tuner Evolution bring something different than any other show; AM Flatland Circuit BMX Competition along with a Breakdance 1v1 Dance Battle competition. TJIN Edition Road Sideshow was also in attendance showing off their recent builds, a Chevy Camaro and a Toyota Tocoma. If that wasn’t enough, Driftsylvania RC Drift demo and competition and the popular bikini contest with a $500 prize finished off the night at the event! Hats off to everyone that showed up and made this show possible, amazing time and way to step it up from years past.

[COVERAGE] WIP’s Wing Bowl 21
February 2nd, 2013 by Elusive MediaAs the new couch of the Philadelphia Eagles, Chip Kelly, who showed up at this years Wing Bowl XXI, said “that the second most important bowl, besides the Super Bowl, which is my goal, is the Wing Bowl”..at least in Philadelphia area. With that said, this years Wing Bowl did not disappoint. After last years domination of Kobayashi, Jon Squibb was ready to reclaim his crown after his 3-year streak was broken last year. A new comer, McDonald “the Bear”, wouldn’t give Squibb an easy victory tho. After the first round, Goldstein “US Male”, was winning at 148 eaten; Squibb at 138 and Bear at 130. Once the 2nd round started, Bear devoured 135 wings to take the lead from US Male and lead over Squibb at 265 vs 253. It would come down to the 2 minute to find out who would be crowned this years winner. After a quick 120 seconds, 37YR old US Navy Veteran, The Bear, makes an upset defeating Squibb by only 5 wings eaten!! US Male holds onto 3rd, downing 266 wings, capturing a win in the local bracket.
