[COVERAGE] Carlisle Import & Performance Nationals
May 22nd, 2022 by Elusive MediaCarlisle Important & Performance Nationals is back! This year officially reached 1,802 cars that were on the showfield; which makes it the 3rd largest show to date! This has grown to be one of my favorite shows to attend and cover. Not only does it start off the car season strong, but there are so many unique vehicles that you just don’t see anywhere else. For example, the new 2023 Nissan Z was on display, one of the first outside of the auto shows. The Citroën 2CV is on a LA to Rome Roadtrip, 6,000+ miles, made a stop at the show. Another was the 1964 SER IIA 109 Dormobile Land Rrover, has travel the world. What great group to chat with! Be sure to take a look at the photos in the gallery! While not new this year, the passport check-ins are a great way to make sure you’ve explored the extensive fairgrounds and buildings. Drifting, Limbo, a new rolling burnout, passport models, onsite parades and tons of cars to check out….enjoy the photos!

[COVERAGE] Tuner Evolution Philadelphia

This show brings the best of what the east has to show from all different styles and classes; but this is not your typical car show! On top of the impressive amount of rides to check out, some of your favorite import models are here all day for a meet and greet, so grab signed poster or photo with your favorite! Breaking Dancing Competition is always a returning favorite along with musical guests on the main stage. This year we also had a guest appearance from Ryan Tuerck, a 14 year veteran in the Formula Drifting series for an interview and take questions from the fans. And we can’t forget the handful of sponsors and vendors that help but on this show and the Miss Tuner Evolution Contest to finish off the event! Are you ready for next year!? [COVERAGE] Hot Import Nights – Philadelphia
August 10th, 2015 by Elusive MediaHot Import Nights returns to the City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia! If you missed last year Reunion show in New Jersey, HIN brings new class competition along with over 30 models to the Model Lounge, Bikini Contest, Freestyle Dance Competition, & the Miss HIN PA Model Content. Not only could you win a trophy this year for your car, but you could also walk away with over a $1000 in cash! Everything from lighting(Presented by Sylvania Zevo), Engine(Presented by Valvoline), trunk, Top Honors, Audio, and of course “Best of Show”; all came with cash prizes! Hot Import Nights was bringing their “A Game” to the Tri-State area. With some many great categories and contests to compete in, it brought many types of great rides to check out along with the beautiful women, so enjoy the coverage!!

[COVERAGE] Tuner Evolution – Philadelphia
August 10th, 2015 by Elusive MediaTuner Evolution has always been one of those shows we all count down the days for, why? We know it will be well organized, plenty of entertainment, vendors we are interested in, beautiful ladies in the model lounge, and only the best cars make the cut. This year Tuner Evolution invited back the Drift RC Comp/Demo along with the popular Breakdance Comp/Demo. The main stage also had live music and DJs throughout the day, until the Bikini Contest and Awards finish off the night. Because the show attracts such a wide audience of enthusiasts, the show also expanded into another section of the Expo Center, which allowed more car builders to show off and unveil their builds. We also had fire alarm go off which sent us all outside for about an hour. While this was a minor inconvenience, we all just continued to chat with our friends before getting the all clear to reenter the building. The show is not only organized car enthusiasts but the staff live the lifestyle every day. They know what their fans what to see and for almost 10 years, i have left the show disappointed. Thanks to the Tuner Evo Staff for another successful year that we will all remember!

[COVERAGE] Hot Import Nights NJ/NY
September 3rd, 2014 by Elusive MediaHot Import Nights returns! After many years of seeing HIN listed for the NJ/NY region, it always seemed to get cancelled as the date drew closer. When i go back to thinking of car shows, HIN was always the show to mark down on your calendar. Hot Import Nights still separates themselves from every other show with the HIN Model Search contest, live bands, Vapor Lounge, and good atmosphere. HIN still keeps to their roots and has sections of the expo center set with low ambient lighting. In these sections, cars can show off their neon setups. Hot Import nights had a wide verity of cars. Neon, clean, classic, exotics; you pretty much had something for everyone. HIN coverage wouldn’t be complete without the models, so enjoy a mix of cars and models photos!

[COVERAGE] WekFEST East
August 20th, 2014 by Elusive MediaWekFEST returns to bring us the cleanest unique mix of cars on the east coast. This show follows the weekend after the Indianapolis MotoGP, so having a top class car event in a short drive, I’m all in! There has been a lot of show that i’ve enjoyed over the years, but WekFEST always returns and keeping the show in high standings for everyone. The WekFEST team knows what the community enjoys and that’s why it has only grown over the short 3yrs on the East Coast!

[COVERAGE] Tuner Evolution
August 7th, 2014 by Elusive MediaTuner Evolution returns for a second year to its new location just north of downtown Philadelphia. The Tuner Evolution team kept what was already working and brought back Break Dancing(Hit the Breaks”, a 2v2 dance battle by UDEF) and Bikini completion along with the hottest cars in the east coast. The always popular model lounge also returns with top and “up and coming” models from around the nation. Tho this show may have started out as an East Coast show, with its new location it has gained in popularly and you will see many cars that drove from afar. I spoke with one club from Chicago and they pick one show out east(per year) to attend and Tuner Evolution was their top pick. Tuner Evolution also had amazing(seriously) raffle prizes, one of them being a PS4 and a large 46″+ LCD TV…lets hope the winner didn’t come in a convertible! Vendors were also scattered around the expo center, like Tragic Genius or Nostalgic Grains. Some vendors were there to promote other car events, like the Gumball Meet that takes place at Lime Rock at the end of the month. This car show bring more than just cars and that’s why we all keep coming back each year! If you’ve missed the last 8yrs of the show, well… always next year!
