One of Camelbacks annual events, Contests try and skim across the pond without crashing…sounds simple enough. Most people that attempt this try and add some flare; costumes, tricks, doubles, backwards, …etc. Pretty much anything goes that will get the crowd excited. This year is was a comfortable 70f and sunny along with the annual parking lot party. Along with some photos, i recorded some of the good crashes… enjoy!

“The Jersey Shore Roller Girls roller derby league consists of three intra-league teams — the Murder Beach Militia, the Right Coast Rollers and the Anchor Assassins — and two all-star travel teams. Its members — women of all ages and backgrounds — fill the Jackson Skating Center for grueling practices several times weekly, training and scrimmaging with their coaching and referee staff to prepare for their home bouts in Asbury Park Convention Hall.” – JSRG.
