With that said, this years Wing Bowl did not disappoint. After last years domination of Kobayashi, Jon Squibb was ready to reclaim his crown after his 3-year streak was broken last year. Once the 2nd round started, Bear devoured 135 wings to take the lead from US Male and lead over Squibb at 265 vs 253. It would come down to the 2 minute to find out who would be crowned this years winner. After a quick 120 seconds, 37YR old US Navy Veteran, The Bear, makes an upset defeating Squibb by only 5 wings eaten!! US Male holds onto 3rd, downing 266 wings, capturing a win in the local bracket.
