So sadly i will be like all the other viewers, enjoying the pics and wishing i was there in person. Eurofest ’11
May 23rd, 2011 by Elusive MediaIn the number of 600+ cars, Eurofest 2011 was a huge success, especially for only being their 2nd year at doing this charity event. This year Eurowerkz attracted some big name sponsors, Toyo Tires, Active AutoWerke, Paul Miller BMW,…etc. Along with the sponsors, they raffled over $7k worth if prizes, which helped raise money for the charity, Project Kids Worldwide. May 22nd, 2011 by Elusive MediaTook place in Santa Monica, CA. I arrived a little late but noticed a huge turnout. Cops did close the parking lot and I heard they even issued citations (not cool at all). I ended up at an off site parking lot and you would of thought that was the location. Even the offsite parking had sick ass rides. Huge turn out, clean rides and nice suntan = to great event! Even though I am not really into the Stance scene I have to give props to Fatlace and team for keeping the Stance scene bigger than ever!

Carlisle Performance & Style ’11
May 19th, 2011 by Elusive MediaYet another year with rain in the forecast. Despite the chance of rain(60%), Carlisle is one of those shows i like to attend either way, because its ALWAYS a fun time. This year Carlisle had local drifter Vaughn Gitten, Jr. Even though there wasn’t much room on their autox course, Vaughn put on one hell of a show, and for few lucky spectators, a ride-a-long in the mustang drift car. Note: if your looking to see more drifting check out Vaughn and the other drifting at Wall, NJ for FormulaD! – June 17-18th.
This year the fans of Starboyz got to see something a bit different this year. Starboyz and Vaughn Gitten, Jr, put on a show together, between rolling burnouts, drifting around the motorcycles, or doing stunts side by side. With the extra room, Starboyz could definitely show off some more difficult stunts.
The burnout contest is always a crowd-pleaser, espically with no wind, the smoke engulfed the crowed. An import almost took the win, until American muscle stepped in and the crowd went wild. Compared to last years Bikini contest, of 3 girls(rain, 40f,high winds), this year, even though it wasn’t the best weather, it was warm enough to get some 9 brave good looking girls. Home town girl, Amanda Lawson takes Miss Carlisle P&S 2011.

AMG Performance Driving Event
May 15th, 2011 by Elusive MediaMy friends and i were lucky enough to be invited to attend the AMG Performance Event at the Monticello track in NY. We had the opportunity to drive the C63 AMG, CLS63 AMG, SL63 AMG, E63 AMG. The rules were you get 3 laps, 1 lap at a top with any car. AMG had professional instructors to help you get adjusted to each car and learn your way around the track. I was luckily enough to get 4 laps, so i took a lap with each car. Each car has excellent power ranging from 452hp to 518hp AMG engine; couldn’t go wrong with any choice. The last lap i took was with the E63 AMG, Scott and Tyson jumped in the back with me at the wheel…brave! Video posted below…enjoy!

2011 New York International Auto Show

Rail Jam: Easton PA
February 14th, 2011 by Elusive MediaThe First Rail Jam was put on by Drinky’s, Red Bull & Big Boulder. The event featured a 140 foot long snowboard ramp, with 3 different style rails along with a jump in the center. The EMC for the event was DJ Scotty Brilliant of 107.1 FM “The Bone”. The event started from 2-8pm, with practice/qualifying starting at 3-5pm. Mayor Salvatore J. Panto, Jr of Easton, PA started the competition with a few words and a countdown to start the first Rail Jam.
