[COVERAGE] Stancewars New Jersey
September 25th, 2017 by Elusive MediaMetlife Stadium, just a short drive from New York city hosted StanceWars first east coast event! Welcome to the Tri-State! This show was unlike any other that I’ve covered in the past. It definitely had its west coast feel. A couple couches on the stage where later in the night the StanceWar staff would present awards and a “Couch Talk” segment during the day. The show consists of a Top 100 along with VIP select cars, along with great vendors and sponsors. No dragging out this show, it was a total of four hours. They want spectators and everyone in the show to enjoy it! Since the show started at 4PM and the sunset was close to 7 PM, it made for some fun ever-changing shooting conditions! While there are other Limbo events at shows, having the setting sun really made it have a unique feel. If the couches didn’t give you the idea, the show overall it had a pretty relaxed vibe. I’m not sure if this is a west coast thing, but Mike who runs StanceWars even went the extra mile to say hi and thanks to every car leaving the show. It will be exciting to see what they changed from next year. If you missed this year’s event don’t worry, they will be back next year! Until then, enjoy what the east coast brought to the show! Import ShowCase 2012
February 16th, 2012 by RobertAnother wonderful day in Southern California and this time it we head to Torrance California, the site was K1 Kart Racing for Import Showcase 2012 brought to you by Import Fashion.
When we arrived we noticed the ghetto bird flying around and the Piggy’s blocking traffic, we thought for a min that the event would be cancelled. After scoping out the scene we noticed that the parking lot was opened. So we made our way in, the lot was packed and was lucky to get a parking spot.
Import Fashion staff were dressed in burgundy t-shirts and not hard to find! The event went smoothly cars and females a plenty.
My team was unable to hit the Kart Racing track due to availability issues but next time we shall make it out to the track and I will show all who is the king of the ring!

Do you think you have the best technique and style for getting up that fucked up driveway? Then prove it! Come to it’s jdm yo! “So you think you can STANCE?” competition being held at Trendy Threadz Facility in Santa Fe Springs
The guy’s at It’s JDM Yo! came up with an idea to have all the owners of the cleanest rides not only park them and get style points but actually drive them and show off some driving skills.
Lots of eye candy to look at and man it was fun hearing all the oooohs and damnnnnns screaming from the crowd when the contestants took aim at the incline driveway.
